(A full quote, including travel fees, will provided before confirming your appointment.)

What are your travel fees?

What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?

Please have the following documentation for all signers at the time of the signing - current government issued photo ID. If you do not have a current ID, we will not be able to complete the service. Some documents may also require witnesses, so check ahead of time.

Can I use a photocopy of my Id for notarization?

No. Original identification is required. A photocopy is not sufficient because the notary must verify your identity using official, government-issued documentation.

Can a notary notarize a document if the signer isn't present?

No. All signers must personally appear before the notary at the time of notarization.

What if I already signed the documents?

The role of the notary is to verify and witness signatures. The signer will need to sign in the presence of the notary.

Do you provide a witness if I need one?

Yes. I can provide a witness for your notarization for an additional $10 fee per witness. Please check documentation prior to scheduling, some require more than one witness.

Can a notary explain or help me fill out the document?

No. A notary is not allowed to give legal advice or help fill out forms unless they are also a licensed attorney or certified in specific roles. Their job is to verify identity and witness signatures.

What major cities do you provide mobile notary services to?

San Antonio, Pleasanton, Schertz, Cibolo, Live Oak and Floresville
